Our Store Policies

We founded Resourcely Tech with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us if you want to learn more!

Shipping and Delivery

What You Need to Know

Orders are usually despatched within three working days and should be delivered within the next three days. However please allow an extra week in case there has been a delay in despatch (if we are waiting for stock to arrive), or if the Post Office are being slow! If we are experiencing a problem with an out of stock line, we will either part ship your order, or contact you to advise of the delay.

We despatch orders over 2 kilos using various courier services with the intention of getting the product to the customer in the quickest time frame. Unfortunately, some are unable to give a time for delivery. If you give your e mail address, you will receive e mail confirmation from these service providers when your parcel has been despatched and use their on-line tracking service.  

Corriers can leave the parcel in a safe place if you give instructions (e.g., leave in porch /shed / with neighbour at number xx), or please give an alternative delivery address. If you are out and have not given any special instructions, the courier will leave a card and you can contact them to re-arrange delivery or collection from your local Post Office, or you can collect from the sorting office.  

Please note, if you do receive a card, you must contact the courier company within a week, or the parcel will be returned to us. We will then have to charge for re-delivery.  

Small packages (under 2 kilo) are sent usually by Royal Mail. 

Our Return Policy

Everything You Need to Know

We really hope you love every Resourcely Tech item you purchase, however, if you do need to make a return you're welcome to do so within 30 days after letting us know via email. Pictures and a reason to support your return is required.

All returned items must be sent back to us unopened, unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable or where items are found to be in used condition or where packaging has been tampered. These are strict guidlines due to Covid.

Please note, with your initial email with pictures and reason for return, if 30 days have expired then unfortunately we are unable to accept your return and it will be sent back to you.
